Huawei has announced the start of sales of the Huawei P40 Pro + smartphone in Russia. Russian sales of new items will begin on July 13. The price of the smartphone is 99,999 rubles for the version with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory.
The Huawei P40 Pro + is equipped with a 6.58-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1200 × 2640 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Kirin 990 processor is responsible for the performance of the smartphone. The battery capacity of the device is 4200 mAh, there is support for fast charging with a capacity of 40 W.
The smartphone has a system of five rear cameras. The main module has a resolution of 50 megapixels, an ultra-wide-angle one – 40 megapixels, a periscope module with 10x optical zoom – 8 megapixels, a telephoto camera with a triple zoom – 8 megapixels. They are complemented by a depth sensor for shooting portraits.
The resolution of the front camera of the smartphone is 32 megapixels. To support the front camera, a ToF sensor is directed for shooting with the effect of depth of field.
An important feature of the Huawei P40 Pro + is the lack of Google services. From 2020, all new Huawei and Honor smartphones ship without the Google Play app store and Google Mobile Services. Therefore, smartphone users need to use Google services from a browser or by installing limited web applications.
