Jailbreak is again in the past.
Apple stopped signing iOS 13.5 firmware, making it impossible to install it. The company quickly banned iOS 13.5 due to the fact that the firmware is jailbroken using the unc0ver utility.
From today, the only firmware available for installation on the iPhone remains iOS 13.5.1. In this firmware, Apple fixed the vulnerability that was used by hackers to jailbreak iOS 13.5 and previous versions of iOS. Thus, those upgraded to iOS 13.5.1 no longer have the opportunity to roll back to iOS 13.5 and jailbreak the iPhone.
Recall that earlier hackers managed to jailbreak all iPhone models running iOS 11-13.5. For hacking, a zero-day vulnerability was used, the existence of which was not known at Apple
Apple quickly reacted to hacking the iPhone. The company released a vulnerability patch in iOS 13.5.1 firmware two and a half weeks after the launch of iOS 13.5.
