ASUS ZenFone 7 declassified by benchmark

In the Geekbench benchmark, a mention of the new ASUS ZenFone 7 smartphone has appeared, the presentation of which will take place on August 26. According to the leak, the new ASUS flagship smartphone will receive the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor clocked at 3.09 GHz.
An entry from the Geekbench benchmark showed that the device will be equipped with 8 GB of RAM. The smartphone scores 966 points in Geekbench 5 single-threaded performance test and 3283 points in multi-threaded one. The figures are in line with the tests of other smartphones equipped with the Snapdragon 865+ processor.
As noted by insider Roland Quandt, the flagship Snapdragon 865+ processor will receive both versions of the smartphone: ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro. Previously it was reported that only the more expensive ZenFone 7 Pro will be equipped with the latest chip.
ASUS ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro will be unveiled on August 26th. According to the released data, both smartphones will have a 6.7-inch screen, Wi-Fi 7 support and a 5,000mAh battery.
