Two weeks ago, Apple introduced the new iPad Pro, MacBook Air and Mac mini. As for the much more affordable iPhone 9 (SE2) smartphone that Apple fans have been eagerly awaiting, the last time we heard that its release had to be postponed due to coronavirus and production disruptions. But now there is evidence of the soon release of the ideological successor to the super-popular compact iPhone SE model.
MacRumors has published a photo of the Urban Armor Gear protective cover designed for this very long-awaited iPhone. The photo was taken by employee of the largest in the US consumer electronics network Best Buy. The inscriptions on the package indicate that the Urban Armor Gear case is designed for the 4.7-inch iPhone 2020 release.

It is reported that Best Buy has notified employees not to start selling covers before Sunday, April 5th. That is, the official announcement of the smartphone in theory should take place in this period of time. Moreover, the supposedly March presentation of Apple, which had to be canceled in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, was scheduled for March 31. Interestingly, the original iPhone SE model was introduced in 2016, also on March 31. And many admit that the announcement may take place today.
Recall, the new iPad Pro debuted the day after it was spotted on Apple's official website.
iPhone 9 is credited with an old-fashioned design in the style of the iPhone 8 with a Home button and a stuffing, like the new iPhone 11. What will be the new iPhone 9 (whatever it was eventually called), we told in detail here. And the recent iOS 14 code leak gives good reason to believe that along with the 4.7-inch iPhone 9, the 5.5-inch iPhone 9 Plus will make its debut.
