Apple has announced the official release date for iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 as part of its September presentation. The new operating system for iPhone and iPod touch will be available for installation to users on September 19. iPadOS 13 will be released on September 30. Apple did not specify a specific update release time, but most likely, the firmware will be released after 20:00 Moscow time.

On September 19, in the case of iOS 13 and September 30 with iPadOS 13, users of the supported iPhone, iPad and iPod touch models will be able to install the latest versions of the new generation operating systems on their devices. You can perform the update in the menu "Settings" → "General" → "Software Update".
